Description

Looking north during the Pullman flood of 1910 on Alder (now Kamiaken) Street from the post office (now Pullman appliance). The Burgan Emerson Mercantile is on the left with the Old City Hall center, Pullman State Bank is on the right. Note the level of the flood by the man on horseback to the right.
