A group of male students playing football on the grass in front of the south facade of Stimson Hall. Designed by Rudolph Weaver in 1923, Stimson Hall is the oldest extant men's dormitory on campus. Named for Regent Fred S. Stimson, the dormitory is a mixture of the Colonial and Renaissance Revival Styles. Closed in 1983 for renovation, plans to convert the building to office space were disbanded.
