At lower left, Roosevelt towers over the U.S. Capitol and "Foreign Policy." He holds a club "Preparedness" and says "Speak softly and carry a big stick." At bottom right, cartoon my Bernard Partridge depicts Roosevelt on horseback jumping over fence "Presidential Election" with William Howard Taft being pulled along.
